“Kids love a bit of sweet, so when they get to eat this, it’s a really sweet treat,” says Dr. Robert Bussin, a nutritionist at Children’s Hospital Boston who specializes in dieting.
“I think that’s probably the main reason they’re so enthusiastic about the spice.”

“But kids love them.”

“What spices are your kids most excited about?” he asked.
“The sweet, spiced, spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin, those are all the ones that they’re very interested in.”
