Five Spice members Adobo Spice and Gaya Spice will both die of a spice poisoning, according to a new report.
The two women, who have been on hiatus for the past few years, were found dead in their hotel room on May 20, 2017, according the report.
They were found by a hotel maid after the hotel’s security camera captured them entering the room and exiting.
The women were both under the age of 40, and had been partying together at the time.
According to Fox News, they had reportedly been taking cocaine and marijuana while in the hotel room.
Five Spice and Adobo had been on the road together for nearly two years.
In a statement, they were both devastated by the news, saying, “We were so close to being able to share our lives again, but the time has come.
We were not able to make it together this time, but we are so grateful for the support we have received from our fans and friends throughout the world.”
According a statement released by their respective management companies, the two were taken to a local hospital for treatment and their families are expected to receive medical attention.
In a statement posted on Twitter, they shared the following: “We are so happy to share this news.
Thank you to everyone who has been praying for us.
Please keep us in your prayers and we will always be here to help.”
